PCIM Asia 2013 from 18 – 20 June closes with excellent results. With 75 exhibitors on 4,600 square meters in the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition Center, it has grown again this year. The number of visitors has increased to ca. 4,200.
Leading companies like Semikron, Mitsubishi, Infineon and Vincotech were exhibiting and presented their latest products and services. As well as longstanding exhibitors there were also many national and international companies exhibiting for the first time: European companies such as Plexim, Norwe or Electrum from Russia. Leading Chinese companies such as Nanjing SilverMicro Electronics, Starpower and Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric were again exhibiting at PCIM Asia this year.
The conference with 367 participants closed also with good results. With six technical sessions, keynote presentations and an attractive dialogue poster session, it provided a comprehensive program. In addition, special sessions on the hot topics E-Vehicles, E-Mobility and Renewable Energy were crowd pullers.
